O R D E R
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction for speedy disposal of F.C.O.P. 530 of 2018 on the file of Family Court, Salem.
2. Considering the nature of order being passed in this Civil Revision Petition, which will cause no prejudice to the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.
3. The petitioner is a husband, and he has filed the above O.P. under Sec.9 of Hindu Marriage Act seeking for restitution of conjugal rights. According to the petitioner, in the above O.P., the respondent wife also filed her counter affidavit and the pleadings was also over. But, so far, the Trial Court has not commenced the trial. Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed.
4. I have heard and considered submissions made by learned counsel appearing for petitioner and perused the records carefully.
5. Considering the limited prayer sought in this Civil Revision Petition, without going into the merits of the case, the 2/4
learned Family Court Judge, Salem is directed to dispose of F.C.O.P. 530 of 2018 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
