ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking to relax a condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 14.11.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.28476 of 2024, to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

ah 2.Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).

3.In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police, on first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
