ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take further action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 19.11.2019 and to investigate the same.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after receipt of complaint from the petitioner, CSR.No.1059 of 2019 was issued and thereafter enquiry was conducted and the said complaint was closed on 05.12.2019.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has not received any intimation with regard to the closure of petitioner's complaint.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions this petition is closed. The 2nd respondent is directed to sent an intimation to the petitioner with regard to the closure of the petitioner's complaint by RPAD within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
