ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16717 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26125 of 2024 by an order dated 28.11.2024 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 06.30 p.m until further orders.
2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.16717 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26125 of 2024 by an order dated 28.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police every first and third Saturday of every month at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.
