This petition is filed by the petitioner /appellant to condone the delay of 113 days in preferring the above writ appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner /appellant. Despite the service of notice and the name of the respondents having been printed in the cause list, none appears for them.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly ordered.
