ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.6471 of 2014, by order dated 28.02.2014, directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.09.2013 in the light of the Division Bench order passed in W.A.Nos.815, 1531, 1691 to 1693 & https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1165 of 2010, dated 07.07.2011 and to pass appropriate

orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order dated 28.02.2014 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent and he has also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 09.10.2015 issued by the Assistant Elementary Education Officer, Thanjavur.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
