This petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.197 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent.

2 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Pudhucherry) submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.197/2015 has been completed and Final Report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate-2, Karaikkal on 31.03.2016 and the same has not been taken on file. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
