Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records from the file of the 1st respondent herein namely the secretary to Government of Tamilnadu Commercial Taxes and Registration Department, Secretariat, Chennai 9 in letter No.1792/G-1011-1 dt 8.3.2011 and quash the same and remand the ARC No.269/2009 dt 29.10.2009 on the file of the 2nd respondent namely North Chennai and South Chennai District Chit Funds Arbitration Court.

O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the third respondent Shriram Chits Tamilnadu Private Limited made a submission that the third respondent Chit Fund will not initiate action for execution of the award passed in ARC.No.269 of 2009, dated 29.12.2009.

2.In view of the undertaking given by the third respondent, no further adjudication is required and accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
