This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16266 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26936 of 2024, dated 21.11.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent on every Saturday at 06:30 p.m., until further orders. 1/3

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16266 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26936 of 2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
