Petition filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 to set aside the Award passed by the second respondent in Arbitration Case No.KL 49/2012 dated 05.10.2013.

Today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner handed over a demand draft bearing No.243955 dated 03.03.2018 drawn on Indian Bank for a sum of Rs.1,70,000/- towards full quit, in favour of the first respondent, to the learned counsel for the first respondent. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that the execution petition in E.P.No.2241 of 2015 on the file of IX Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai will not be pressed. The said submission is recorded.
3.Since the matter has been resolved between the parties, both the application and O.P.SR.No.45011 of 2015 stand closed. 05.03.2018 mmi
