JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was authored by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) The learned counsel appearing for the appellant wants to withdraw this civil miscellaneous appeal, as the parties have already approached the Family Court at Salem by filing H.M.O.P.No.826 of 2025, seeking consent divorce under Section 13 B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, where, they successfully got the decree and judgment from the Family Court on 05.11.2025.
