COMMON PRAYER: PETITIONS filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari calling for records of 3rd respondent's Advt.No.F7/2016/15072-5 dated 14.07.2016 and quash the same. For Petitioners :Mr.G.Rajan (in all WPs) For Respondents :Mr.K.Dhanajeyan (in all WPs) Special Government Pleader for R1 Mr.R.Ravichandran for Mr.C.Amilthan for R2 and R3 COMMON ORDER By consent, writ petitions are taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. These writ petitions are filed challenging the recruitment notification issued by the third respondent on 14.07.2016 vide Advt.No.F7/2016/15072-5.
Though certain allegations has been raised in these writ petitions, the writ petitioners have not produced any document to show that illegalities were crept in, in the process of recruitment.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioners the learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 contended that pursuant to the notification, the selection process were proceeded with, and 9 candidates were appointed in the post. Therefore, if there is any irregularity in the process of selection, it is left open to the writ petitioner to challenge the appointment orders, if he chooses to do so. The other grounds raised in the writ petitions and the prayer, as such sought for in these writ petitions deserve no further consideration or adjudication.
