CR.NO.279/2021.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition in para 6(b) of the order made in Crl.O.P.No. 20299/2021 dated 29.10.2021 by this Hon`ble High Court.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.R.FRANKLIN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. S.BALAJI, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioners have filed this petition seeking to modify the conditional amount imposed in the order dated 29.10.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.20299 of 2021.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the amount imposed by this Court is exorbitant and the petitioners are poor persons and are not able to pay the amount and prayed to modify the condition.

4.Since the petitioners have on their own volition agreed to pay the conditional amount anticipatory bail was granted, hence, filing of petition seeking to modify the conditional amount later is not sustainable.

6.This petition is dismissed. However, considering the request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, time granted by this Court in the order dated 29.10.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.20299 of 2021 is further extended by a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
