O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's minor daughter namely Mahalakshmi, born on 17.01.2004, before this Court and restore her to the custody of the petitioner.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 and 2.

3. Second respondent has produced the detenue/minor daughter of petitioner. Petitioner as also his wife are present. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The detenue is returning to the parental home along with her parents.

Recording such position, the Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
