Crl.M.P.No.86 of 2020 in H.C.P.No.2221 of 2019 R.SUBBIAH, J and R.PONGIAPPAN, J This petition has been filed seeking extension of ordinary leave for a period of 30 days i.e. from 06.01.2020 to 05.02.2020 to petitioner's father viz., Abdul Rahim S/o.Shead Adam, aged 62 years (Convict No.6851).

2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the health condition of the life convict is very critical.

3. Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor on the above submissions.

4. Considering the submissions made, this Court extends the ordinary leave for a period of 30 days i.e. from 06.01.2020 to 05.02.2020 to the life convict.

5. The life convict shall be taken back to prison on 05.02.2020 at 05.00 p.m.

The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, accordingly, is ordered.
