This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 71 days in preferring the above appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.1127 of 2023.

2.The 1st respondent was set exparte before the Tribunal and hence, notice to 1st respondent is dispensed with. The 2nd respondent - Insurance Company is represented through counsel.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for 2nd respondent and perused the records.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 71 days is condoned.

5.The learned counsel for the appellants is directed to serve the papers immediately on the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 2nd respondent.
