The present petition has been filed seeking to relax a condition imposed on the petitioner in the order of this court dated 10.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.30711 of 2024 to the effect that the petitioner shall stay at Sivagangai and report before the Inspector of Police, Sivagangai Town Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).

3. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
