This matter is listed today on the request made by the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Salem. He has sought for time, since the said post was vacant from 13.03.2023 to 28.05.2023. Hence, he would state that he was unable to dispose of the matter as per the directions of the Court.

2. I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the request for extension of time. Time is extended for a further period of three months from the date of of receipt of a copy of this order.
