ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to FIR in Crime No.21 of 2010 on the file of the respondent police and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and the learned counsel for the de facto complainant.

3. Today when the matter was called, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.21 of 2010 has been completed and Final Report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.5, Salem on 23.06.2016 against the petitioner and eight others.

In view of the above, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the Final Report, if so advised.
