ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the Principal District Judge, Tiruppur to dispose of the suit in OS No.9 of 2025 in O.S.No.874 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible.

2. Heard, Mr.P.Kalimuthu, learned counsel for the petitioner, and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner prayed for the speedy disposal of O.S.No.874 of 2024, which was filed in the year 2024.

4. Considering that the case has been pending since the year 2024, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the said suit within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
