ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed alleging that the respondent has not complied with the order dated 21.03.2017 passed by this Court in W.P. No.6855 of 2017. Today, when the matter was taken up for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ hearing, it was jointly submitted by the learned counsel on

either side that the aforesaid order, aggrieved by non compliance of which, this contempt petition has been filed, has been complied with by the respondent. Further, the learned Government Advocate produced before this Court, a copy of the proceedings dated 28.06.2017 issued by the respondent in compliance of the aforesaid order passed by this Court.

Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the parties and placing on record, the aforesaid proceedings of the respondent, this contempt petition stands closed.
