O R D E R
This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to the learned VI Additional Family Judge, Chennai, to dispose of M.P. No.55 of 2019 in M.C. No.261 of 2015, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that, the first petitioner filed M.P.No.261 of 2015 seeking maintenance from the respondent. Pending the main petition, the petitioners filed M.P.No.55 of 2019 for the grant of interim maintenance. Though this petition is pending from 2019, there was not much progress. As per Section 125(3) Cr.P.C., the interim maintenance petition has to be disposed of, within a period of 60 days from the service of notice.

Taking note of the fact that, this petition is filed only for interim maintenance and it is pending from 2019, this Court directs the learned VI Additional Family Judge, Chennai, to dispose of M.P. No.55 of 2019 in M.C. No.261 of 2015, on merits and in accordance with law, as 2/4
expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. However, there is no order as to costs.
