This petition is filed to condone the delay of 26 days in filing the above Criminal Revision before this Court against the order dated 12.04.2022 passed in Crl.M.P.No.260 of 2022 by the learned Special Judge/Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dharmapuri.
2.In the circumstances stated in the affidavit and having satisfied with the reasons, this petition is allowed. Delay of 26 days is condoned. Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Revision.
