The learned counsel on either side would submit that the husband/respondent herein has withdrawn the proceeding in Page No 1 of 3

H.M.O.P.No.627 of 2022 filed by him before the Family Court at Puducherry. As the main proceeding itself has been withdrawn, nothing remains to be considered in this transfer petition.

2. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
