2. It appears that the order impugned in this writ petition is an interim order and that had been passed by the Tribunal even without notice to the respondents therein. It is now brought to the notice of this court that the S.L.P., related to the subject matter, referred therein, also came to be dismissed. Therefore, the impugned order is hereby set aside. It is for the Tribunal to entertain the main case itself, on priority basis, for disposal on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to both the parties, if need be, by issuing notice. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed. (H.G.R.,J.)(G.J.,J.) 16.8.2017.
