O R D E R
This petition has been filed to give police protection to the petitioner, pursuant to the complaint dated 25.02.2015.
2. It is seen from the complaint dated 25.02.2015, the 1st petitioner is residing at Tiruvenkadam Street, Pudupet, Chennai for the past 13 years and on 25.06.2014 he had purchased a property at No.32, Thiru.Veerabadhira Achari https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Street, Pudupet, Chennai. Thereafter, he went to that place for cleaning purpose, at that time one Devi and her family members, who were residing nearby had objected the same and had encroached upon the property by spreading mat and squatting over there. Further, if the petitioner attempts to evict them she would make other allegations against the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner on 25.2.2015 at 10.50 hours C.S.R.No.283 of 2015 was issued by the respondent police. Thereafter, both the parties have been called for enquiry and also advised them to approach the Civil Court to work out their remedies. He further submits that on verification, it was found that now, the petitioner has sold the property and there was no commotion or disturbance exists as stated in the petition. He further submits that after due enquiry C.S.R.No.283 of 2015 is closed.
