ORDER
The petitioner is the wife. She married the respondent on 03.11.2019
at Coimbatore. Due to disputes and differences, the parties separated. The husband states that he has pronounced Talaq on three different occasions at Masinagudi and has presented O.S.No.53 of 2021.
2. The wife pleads that she has no one to support her and finds it extremely difficult to travel from Coimbatore to Gudalur. Hence, this transfer.
3. Notice was ordered and the respondent was served. Though he was served, he neither appeared in person nor did any counsel appear to oppose the transfer.
4. Taking into consideration the interest and convenience of the wife, OS.No.53 of 2021 is withdrawn from the file of the District Munsif Court, Gudalur and is transferred to the file of the District Munsif Court, Coimbatore.
5. With the above directions, this transfer petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 04.11.2024 nl
