This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 200 days in preferring the above appeal.
2.Mrs.I.Malar, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of R2.
3.Mr.J.Chandran, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of R6.
4.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 200 days is condoned subject to the condition that the claimant/petitioner will not be entitled to any interest for the delay period i.e., for 200 days, in the appeal.
5.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
6. Registry is further directed to print the name of Mrs.I.Malar, learned counsel appearing for R2 and Mr.J.Chandran, learned counsel appearing for R6 in the cause list at the time of admission.
