When the matter was taken up for hearing on 02.03.2021, it was represented that the respondent died and hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to bring the legal heirs of the respondent on record and the matter was adjourned. Subsequently, on 15.03.2021, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought further time to bring the legal heirs on record and the matter was again adjourned. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks further time for filing impleading petition. 2.Considering the above facts, this Court is of the opinion that despite providing sufficient opportunity, no steps were taken to bring the legal heirs of the deceased respondent on record, which shows that the petitioner counsel is not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
