O R D E R
Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner through video conferencing. It is reported that the learned counsel intends to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition as he intends to prosecute OS.No.149 of 2018 on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Court, Cuddalore.
2. The learned counsel for the respondents, who has filed caveat is also present. The learned counsel brought to the notice of this Court that as per the orders in CRP.Nos.2754 & 2755 of 2021, this Court had directed the learned Trial Judge to dispose of the matter on or before 30.04.2023.
3. Since the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition, permission is granted. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The learned Trial Judge is 2/4
