This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.18319 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.25345 of 2022 on 06.12.2022 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly twice i.e. on 1st and 3rd Saturday at 10.30. a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on monthly once i.e.

first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. for a period of three months.
