ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to file the charge sheet pursuant to the FIR No.755/14 dated 13.06.2014 on the file of the respondent police before the court has jurisdiction to try the offence against the accused persons within a stipulated time framed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard Mr.A.Suresh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in Crime.No.755 of 2014 before the respondent.

4. The respondent is directed to investigate and file a Final Report expeditiously.
