ORDER
When the revision petitions were taken up for hearing today, Mr.D.Gopal, learned counsel for the revision petitioners in both the revision petitions, submitted that K.A. Pandian, the 3 rd petitioner in both revision petitions, passed away, and necessary steps are yet to be taken.
2. Despite sufficient opportunity having been afforded, no steps were taken to implead the legal representatives of the deceased 3 rd petitioner. The matters have been adjourned from time to time since 16.12.2024 for this
purpose.
3. In view of the above, the revision petitions are dismissed for default on the part of petitioners 1 and 2 in both revision petitions in failing to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased third petitioner. No costs. Consequently, the connected CMPs are closed.
