This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 7 days in filing the Civil Revision Petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection to allow the petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this court is inclined to condone the above said delay.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
