(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.A.Tamilarasan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader for respondents 1, 4 and 5 and Mr.K.Balakrishnan, learned counsel for respondent 2 and 3.

2. The order is not passed to relocate the TASMAC shop No.3890 at State Highways from Erode to Palani in S.No.243. In that case, the present writ petition is pre-mature. Even otherwise, the aggrieved party can raise objections, which objections are required to be considered on its own merits by the concerned authorities.

3. In light of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
