This petition has been filed to bring on record (1) R.Asai Thambi, Son of Rajamanickam, Hindu aged about 60 years, (2) R.Chandrasekar, Son of Late Rajamanickam, Hindu aged about 58 years, (3) R.Valarmathi, Daughter of Late Rajamanickam, Hindu aged about 55 years, (4) R.Poongothai, Daughter of Late Rajamanickam, Hindu aged about 50 years, (5) R.Kesava Narayanan, Son of Late Rajamanickam, Hindu aged about 48 years, (6) R.Karpaga Solai, Daughter of Late Rajamaickam, Hindu aged about 40 years, to permit the legal representatives of the deceased sole petitioners (Rajamanickam) 2 to 7 to come on record as the petitioners 3 to 8 in the above C.R.P.(NPD).No.4341 of 2017.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of this petition, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendments in the cause title.
