JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellant.

2. The petition is filed to condone the delay of 1116 days in representing the appeal challenging the order passed by the learned Single Judge wayback in 2014.

In view of the fact that there is inordinate and exorbitant delay of more than three years in re-presenting the writ appeal against the view taken by the learned Single Judge in consistent with the order of the Labour Court and the paltry sum of Rs.10/- alleged to have been accepted as bribe by the workman, we feel that it is not a fit case to entertain the petition to condone the delay in re-presenting the writ appeal as we do not find any merit in the writ appeal. Accordingly, the petition seeking to condone the delay in re-presenting the writ appeal is dismissed and consequently, the writ appeal at SR stage is rejected. No costs.
