This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 16.04.2016 and subsequently direct the 2nd respondent to enquire the case.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint dated lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending before the second respondent.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner and take action https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in accordance with law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumar V.Government of Uttarpradesh and others repoeted in (2014) 2 SCC 1, otherwise the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner.
