ORDER

(DELIVERED BY DR. S.VIMALA, J.) This petition has been filed seeking to verify and let the petitioner know about the whereabouts of the detenues. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submit that the detenue is not in illegal custody and that the detenue is in legal custody in respect of Crime No.453/2018 on the file of Namakkal Police Station in respect of an offence under Section 379 IPC and that the detenue is also in judicial custody in respect of Crime No.225 of 2018 on the file of Puduchatiram Police Station, Namakkal District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The detenue being in legal as well as judicial custody, as stated by the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
