The petitioner has filed the above miscellaneous petition to implead the proposed fourth respondent as party respondent in W.P.No.18297 of 2024 and W.P.No.18302 of 2024 respectively.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent has no objection in allowing these petitions.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and the respondent has not offered any objections, these miscellaneous petitions are ordered as prayed for.
4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the main writ petition.
