ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 05.09.2020 for the offences under Sections Women Missing @ Section 341, 366, 376(2)(j) & (m), 376(A) and 302 of IPC, in Crime No.1650 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the de facto complainant is working as a Driver and on 03.09.2020, morning at 11.00 Hrs, his mother-in-law went for grazing for sheep found missing. Initially the case was registered under missing women, subsequently during the course of investigation it is found that the victim was dead near Tamarind grove. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is no way connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case and that he has been suffering incarceration for more than one year from 05.09.2020 and hence, he would pray for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would raise strong objection stating that the petitioner raped the victim and murdered her. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. 5. On seeing the grave nature of offence committed by the petiitoner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
