This review application has been filed to review the order dated 24.09.2019 passed in W.P.No.15377 of 2019. 2.This Court vide order dated 24.09.2019 made in W.P.No.15377 of 2019, issued direction to the petitioner/ respondent therein, to implement the order dated 16.11.2018, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. filed this review petition.

3.Inorder to review a decision, the petitioner should be able to point out an error which is apparent on the face of the record. In the present case, till date the order dated 24.09.2019 made in W.P.No.15377 of 2019 is in subsistence and it has not been modified by any other Appellate Authority or by any other Forum. When the order is in force, the petitioner has to implement the order. When there is no error which is apparent on the face of the record, filing review is mis-conceived. 4.The review application is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
