Heard Mr. B.Kumar, Learned Senior Counsel for Mr. M.Gnanasekar, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. B.Vijay, Learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the First Respondent and Mr. P.Srinivas, who takes notice for the Second Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.
The grievance ventilated by the Petitioner is that he had made representations dated 27.12.2023 and 02.01.2024 to the First and Second Respondents to take action against the Third Respondent, but as it did not evoke any response, it has necessitated the filing of this Writ Petition. 3.
Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, states that the Second Respondent by Order in Na. Ka. 2/4
No. 1435/2023/C2 dated 03.01.2024 has disposed the said representations and its copy has been produced and Learned Counsel for the Petitioner also acknowledges its receipt in court today.

In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, it is not precluded from working out its rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.
In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid clarifications. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs. 04.01.2024 Index: Yes/No NCC: Yes/No Note: Issue order copy by 19.03.2024.
