By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.The writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider his application dated 23.06.2016. Further, he sought a direction to issue a new family card to him.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has applied for issuance of a new family card to the second respondent on 23.06.2016. He further submitted that in this regard, he has also made a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation to the second respondent dated 06.01.2017 and there may be a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2017. 5.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2017 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
