ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.29626 of 2024 dated 04.12.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 06:30 p.m. Until further orders. 2.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29626 of 2024 dated 04.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on first and third Monday of every month at 10:30 a.m., and also on all hearing dates as fixed by the Court.
