ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, appearing for respondents 1 and 3 and Mr.K.Sathish Kumar, learned counsel for the second respondent.

2. The petitioner seeks direction against the respondents not to open TASMAC liquor shop in Masinakudi Village. Similar writ petition, bearing No.16664 of 2020, was filed by the very same petitioner, and said writ petition was already disposed of under order dated 20.11.2020, recording the submission made by the District Manager, TASMAC, Ooty, that there was no proposal to open a TASMAC shop in Masinakudi village.

3. In light of that, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP No.181 of 2020 is closed.
