The prayer in this writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to publish the award in Form G of Tamilnadu Land Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997 (Tamilnadu Act 10/1999) fixing compensation payable to the petitioner's land bearing Plot No.89, Vikramarajasingapuram Part-II in Revenue Village No.182, Eraiyur Village, Vaipur in Old S.No.246/9B, New S.No.246/9A1J, 'B' Block, Sriperumbudur Taluk of an extent of 2379 sq.ft. acquired by Notification G.O.Ms.No.17 dated 04.03.2014, Industries Department, Government of Tamilnadu, SIPCOT Oragadam Expansion Scheme-II.

2.Heard Mr.P.Veeraraghavan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.D.Raja, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.B.Sudharasana Sundar, learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions, submitted that the 3rd respondent has sent a proposal to the 1st respondent and after getting response, the 3rd respondent would publish the award in Form G of Tamilnadu Land Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), within a period of eight weeks. 4.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
