ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the resolution dated 11.09.2018 passed by the Headmaster, Government Higher Secondary School, Salem, the third respondent herein appointing new members of Parents Teachers Association and seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct the Parents Teachers Association Election of third respondent school as per by laws.

2.But this Court is unable to entertain the writ petition, since the petitioner has come to this Court seeking the above prayer instead of approaching the Civil Court, challenging the correctness of the resolution dated 11.09.2018. 3.Therefore, the writ petition fails and the same is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected W.M.P. is closed. No costs.
