This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 73 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Mr.S.Senthil Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of 73 days in filing the appeals is condonned.

5. The Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.S.Senthil Kumar, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent, while listing the appeal.
