ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28366 of 2024 dated 13.11.2024.

ah 2.Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side). Investigation completed and final report filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Sriperumbudur. 3.In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Sriperumbudur, on 05.02.2025 and thereafter on the date fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
